Peer Recovery Support Specialist are individuals who are in recovery from substance abuse or co-occurring mental health disorders. Their life experiences and recovery allow them to provide recovery support in such way that others can benefit from their experiences. Northern Ohio Recovery Association introduces N.O.R.A Peer Project Services for individuals who are in between treatment, recovery and daily living.

We are committed to serving the community by providing excellent professional standards of recovery services to Northeast Ohio Area. Individuals participating in the program can expect a well-rounded program of wellness suited for individuals that are seeking recovery.

N.O.R.A. Peer Project, a Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) organization, focuses on the Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery of individuals from an addiction to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

A Recovery-Oriented System of Care identifies and builds upon each’s assets, strength’s and area of health and competence to support achieving a sense of mastery over his or her condition.
